Personal information does not include information which is publicly available, anonymized or aggregated, and other information which is excluded from the scope of applicable privacy laws. It is our objective to collect, use, and protect your Personal Information in a responsible manner, whether we do so in the context of interacting with our website visitors, developing new clients, providing aftermarket automobile services to our clients, managing our employees and contractors, or processing applications to join our team of professionals (collectively, the “Services”)

We collect, use, and share Personal Information from various sources to perform the Services and to accomplish our business and commercial purposes and business objectives. You supply most of the Personal Information in our possession, whether directly when you or your authorized agent provide the information to us so that we can provide Services, or indirectly from the collection or generation of information in the course of our provision of Services. Should you choose not to provide some of the Personal Information we request, we may be unable to provide you with one or more of the Services.

Internet Users. If you use our website or any of its subdomains or subdirectories, you may provide contact and other information (e.g., through our “Contact” form or “Get Our Car-Lovers Newsletter” form) to enable us to furnish you with information about aftermarket clear bra paint protection and related services for owners of high-end automobiles, and our other Services. It may include information related to our clients’ vehicles, and other information that may be relevant for the matter. We may collect information such as personal identifiers (e.g., name, contact information); characteristics (e.g., vehicle type); biometric information (e.g., photographs of vehicles); financial and other personal information (e.g., account information for billing); internet or network activity information (e.g., browsing history and interactions with our websites). We may collect information directly from you when you or your authorized agent provide the information to us, as well as indirectly through your activities on our website (e.g., submissions through our website contact and subscription forms) and through our provision of Services.

Counterparties. We may obtain Personal Information from you if you are a counterparty in a matter with our client.

No Renting, Selling or Trading Your Personal Information. We will never rent, sell, or trade your Personal Information to unaffiliated third parties, such as sellers of goods or services, for their own business or commercial purposes.

 

Sharing with Service Providers. There are circumstances in which we may share your Personal Information with non-affiliated third-party service providers, including to perform business and technology related functions and to support the provision of the Services. For example, we may use third-party providers to provide services such as window tinting. Website and Social Media. We share the images and professional experience of our employees and partners on our website and through social media platforms.

Disclosure in the Event of Merger, Sale, or Other Asset Transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, purchase or sale of assets, or transition of service to another provider, then your Personal Information may be transferred as part of such a transaction, as permitted by law and/or written agreements between you and us.

Children Under Age 16

The Clear Bra Co. will not intentionally collect Personal Information about any person under the age of 16. If we learn that we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under age 16 without verification of parental/guardian consent, we will delete that information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as we deem necessary at our sole discretion. If there are any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you as required by applicable law. (dba The Clear Bar Company / The Clear Bra Co. / TJ’s Clear Bra Co) (“we,” “our,” and “us”) is furnishing this Supplemental Privacy Notice (“Supplemental Notice”) to natural persons residing in the State of California (“you,” “your,” and “their”), pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (the “CCPA”). This Supplemental Notice supplements and should be read together with our Privacy Policy. Any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this Supplemental Notice.

The CCPA requires certain disclosures that already are covered in our Privacy Policy. This Supplemental Notice provides additional information required by CCPA, including information about how California residents may exercise their rights under the CCPA.

  • Delete your Personal Information. You may request that we delete the Personal Information that we have collected from your use of the Services.   • Opt-Out. The CCPA gives you certain rights to opt-out of the sale of any of your Personal Information. Since we never sell, rent, or trade your Personal Information, you need take no further option to opt-out from the sale of your Personal Information.

  • Consent to new uses. Before we use Personal Information for any purpose not previously disclosed to you, we will notify you of this new use and obtain explicit consent from you to use it for this purpose.

  • Non-discrimination. If you choose to exercise any of these rights, we will not deny services to you or provide different quality of services, unless that difference is reasonably related to the value provided by your data.

  • Authorize an Agent. You may designate an agent to make a request under the CCPA on your behalf. To do so, please provide the agent a written letter appointing the agent, acknowledged before a notary public. The agent must furnish a copy of the appointing letter to us when taking action under the CCPA on your behalf. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identify or authority to make the request and confirm the requested personal information relates to you.

Making a request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use personal information provided in a request to verify the requester’s identity or authority to make the request.
